UBUNTU WOMEN
Citrus Spray
Citrus Burst Aromatherapy Spray
What you will need
- 100ml glass bottle
- Spray Atomiser
- Funnel
*NB: Ensure all glassware and utensils are sterilised and dry before starting to ensure you don’t introduce any water or bacteria into the mixture.
Ingredients
- 5 drops Lemon essential oil
- 5 drops Orange essential oil
- 5 drops Bergamot essential oil
- 5 drops Tangerine essential oil
- 5 drops Grapefruit essential oil
- 1 teaspoon Epsom Salts
- 1/4 cup Distilled Water
Method
- Using a funnel add the Epsom salts and essential oils to the bottle.
- Top the bottle up with the distilled water.
- Place the spray applicator on top and give the bottle good shake before using.
- To use: spray it onto yourself as a refreshing spray or turn it into a diffuser and spray it around you and let the sweet smell uplift your emotions.
