Ingredients
- 1 cup (130g) pitted dates
- 3/4 cup (40g) ground almonds
- 1/2 cup (40g) desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
Method
Place all ingredients in a food processor or
high-speed blender and blitz into a paste.
Form walnut-sized balls by pressing the
paste together with your hands. Place in the
fridge for a few hours so that they become
more solid.
